“I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Désirée Arnauts and her incredible team at Sol Barbican. After my scheduled airport transfer failed to show up, I was left in a very stressful situation. Even though I wasn't actually staying at the hotel (I was just being picked up outside), Désirée stepped in without hesitation. While Jet2 customer service was unfortunately useless and uninformed about the Maspalomas parade, Désirée went out of her way to find every bit of information possible. She even walked to the end of the strip herself to check on road closures and ensure a taxi could reach me. Désirée, I cannot thank you enough. You went above and beyond your role to help someone in distress. You are a true credit to the hotel and the hospitality industry. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Quiero expresar mi más profundo agradecimiento a Désirée Arnauts y a su increíble equipo en el hotel Sol Barbican. Me encontré en una situación muy estresante cuando mi transporte al aeropuerto no apareció.
